Appointments: Consultations are by appointment booked on the day only.
Phone calls for appointments are taken from 8.00am.
The exceptions to this are medicals, insurance, and prebooked appointments for reviews etc.

Appointments: Consultation is by appointment; urgent cases seen on the day.

A standard consultation is 15 minutes - please let the receptionist know if you need a longer appointment.

If you want an insurance medical, review of a complex health problem, counselling for emotional difficulties, or a second opinion about someone else's management you will need to make sure you book a longer appointment.

Home Visits: If you wish your doctor to make a visit, please call the surgery first thing in the morning. Hospital and nursing home visits are also available.

Please notify us well in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Services close by: Chemist, laboratory/pathology, physiotherapist, podiatrist and x-ray.

Referrals: The doctors in this practice are competent at handling all common health problems. When it is necessary, they are able to draw on opinion from specialists, and if need be, refer you for further investigation. You can discuss this openly with your doctor.
